Private, United States Army; Entered the Army in December of 1942, and trained at Camp Roberts, California and Camp Pickett, Virginia, and served with the 7th Army in North Africa, Sicily and Italy; Died on September 23, 1943 in Italy; Son of Mr. and Mrs. T. R. Perkins of Italy.
