Biography of Edgar Porter Muirhead

Lone Elm, Texas
Edgar Muirhead was a staff sergeant in the United States Army Air Corps. He served as gunner and bombardier in the 67th Bomber Squadron. He died on March 16, 1944 in England. He was the son of Rev. and Mrs. J. M. Muirhead of Lone Elm. He was buried in Waxahachie City Cemetery, Addition 5, Block 5. He is listed on the Waxahachie Daily Light Honor Roll and Ellis County Veterans Memorial.
