Private First Class, United States Army; Entered the Army in 1942, and trained at Camp Wolters, Texas and Medford, Arizona, and served in the 35th Engineers Combat Battalion in the European Theater of war; Died on March 25, 1945 in Luxembourg, Germany; Son of Mrs. W. A. Lloyd; Husband of Anita Horne Lloyd; Listed on Forreston Monument; Awarded the Purple Heart Medal.
