Waxahachie, Texas
Staff Sergeant, United States Army Air Corps; Entered the Air Corps in October of 1942, and trained in Texas, Colorado and Louisiana, and served in 476th Bomber Group in the European Theater of war; Died on October 25, 1943; Buried in Lorraine, France; Son of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Graves of Waxahachie; Awarded the Purple Heart Medal and Citation of Honor.
