Corporal, United States Army Air Corps; Entered the Air Corps in April of 1943, and trained at Keesler Field, Mississippi, and served in the South Pacific; Died on December 2, 1944 at Leyte in the Pacific; Son of Mr. and Mrs. Simon F. Farrar of Palmer; Husband of Nellie Joan Ferrell Farrar; Memorial service held at Rockett Christian Church.
