Red, White and Blue Balloons

Hundreds of red, white and blue balloons were released near the gangway at the north end of the platform following the christening of the 1ST LT JACK LUMMUS. They rose up into the brisk northeast wind gliding over the bow of the LUMMUS before dispersed and pushed aloft by the wind.
